United Kingdom (Mainland exc Outer Regions)
Small Parcels (e.g orders of CPU's and single HDD's) - £4.99 inc. VAT for 2nd Class Recorded Delivery. This is typically 3-5 day service.  
 
Medium & Large Parcels (e.g. orders of PC's, Monitors & packs of HDD's) - £12.50 inc. VAT for Next Working Day/48hr service by Interlink (subject to availability and location). This is not a guaranteed next day delivery service.
 
United Kingdom (Outer Regions *):
*Outer Regions including Northern Scottish Territories, Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the Isle of Wight.
Small Parcels (orders of CPU's and single HDD's) - £6.99 inc. VAT for 2nd Class Recorded Delivery. This is typically 3-5 day service.
 
Medium & Large Parcels (e.g. orders of PC's, Monitors & packs of HDD's) - £28.50 inc. VAT for 48hr service (subject to availability and location).
All deliveries must be signed for (except items sent by post and which are small enough to be put through your letterbox). Please make sure you keep the receipt enclosed with your goods.

PLEASE NOTE: 
Once orders have been despatched, your package is the responsibility of the Courier Provider. We will endeavour ensure your delivery reaches you in time but on rare occasions delays do occur for which we cannot be held accountable.  If you have an urgent requirement we recommend you speak directly to www.usegagin.co.uk to discuss delivery options.

All delivery timescales are subject to product and delivery slot availability. Small parcels may be delivered via Royal Mail. Delivery is next working day subject to availability. However, delivery may take up to five working days. Orders taken before 12:00pm will be processed and sent for delivery by 5:00pm the same day. We do not deliver over the weekend or over bank holidays.
 
Upon Receipt of Package(s):
- Please check the package externally for damage and ensure problems are noted and confirmed by the Courier/Delivery Driver.
- If the package does not appear to be in good condition then please refuse delivery. Alternatively check the contents first before signing for the package.
- If you are unable to check the package contents at the time of delivery then please sign for the parcel as UNCHECKED.
